[APP] Rename Clubhouse.io to Shortcut #1543

Second week of September 2021, Clubhouse.io will become Shortcut. The app and component will need to be renamed accordingly.

Name change is in september. I added "soon to be" in the interim, which is their branding on their homepage.

We don't currently have a way of changing the nameslug while keeping the old one active. We have the same issue with Vercel / Zeit. For now, we can change the name but will need to keep the nameslug until we build that capability to support both.

I believe @tjk made the fix to support both nameslugs.

Also, "After September 13th change the API URL from https://api.clubhouse.io/ to https://api.app.shortcut.com."
