Name of app / service Matrix.org/Element client Link to developer documentation https://matrix.org/docs/develop Is lack of support preventing you from building workflows, or do you have a workaround? I cannot build workflows because of this Are there specific actions, or triggers, you'd like to see for this app? Please let us know here or use the Action and Trigger issue templates to open requests for each! I would like to be able to send a message through a bot

Triggers similar to other chat platforms would be great.

One way to implement this would be to poll recent messages regularly, another is to integrate with their https://spec.matrix.org/unstable/client-server-api/#push-notifications which should allow you to subscribe to push notifications on new messages
