Is lack of support preventing you from building workflows, or do you have a workaround? I currently have an automation on Zapier that integrates with FareHarbor and I'd like to move away from that platform all together.

Are there specific actions, or triggers, you'd like to see for this app? Please let us know here or use the Action and Trigger issue templates to open requests for each!

New Bookings, Updated Bookings, Canceled Bookings.

Notes on outreach:

  1. I reached out to FareHarbor around Oct. 15 last year, essentially they don't have an API, and they provide webhooks to customer:

  2. I will reach out again, they didn't clarify is webhooks could be programmatically created.

Hello Danny,

We have a special integration with Zapier. That type of integration is not an option. The only way we can accomplish an integration, is via our webhook. A destination URL would need to be developed by you in order to work.

Let me know if you want to start that process and i can send an NDA.

In order to create an account, a new user needs to schedule a demo. I have requested them one while asking for a trial account to do the integration.

Perhaps for velocity, if you are up to, can you share your app/user key, you will have to rotate your keys

These keys are in UUID format. Note that these keys must be kept private. If your key is disclosed publicly please contact support@fareharbor.com to have it rotated.

They added a webhook for me that gets called each time a new booking is made; however, their API is closed to customers. You’ll need to work with them directly as this was their reply:

“Our API keys are reserved for Resellers only. Zapier is an integration we developed and have an agreement with them to do the integration that way. It is not opened to all.”

Brianda Contreras is the support agent who has been helping me out over at @.***

I see, glad you got help from them. Thanks for the input I will leave the issue open, hopefully we will get an agreement with them like Zapier's for moving forward the integration.
