Zoho Survey, at the moment of I am writing, doesn't have an API, it appears:

In that article, the following triggering options are suggested:

• Email
• Webhook
• Function - using their scripting language to connect to third party services

The webhook notification could be helpful to your intended "Survey Response Sumission":

Trigger a webhook whenever someone responds to your survey.

For now I am labelling Zoho Survey as blocked.
