To submit an Microsoft Installer or EXE app to the Microsoft Store, it is required:

Step 1: Complete prerequisites for using the Microsoft Store submission API Step 2: Obtain an Azure AD access token Step 3: Use the Microsoft Store submission API

One of the pre requisites involves creating an account in Partner Center, get a Product ID, etc.
