underwearforeveryone.esp required despite no FormIDs referencing it #7

Hi, I've removed all references to underwearforeveryone.esp from my settings, but the patcher still seems to require it to run. Mutagen: 0.33.2 Synthesis: 0.20.4

Attached my configuration file. I'm using Equippable Underwear instead and using this script to distribute. settings.zip

You need the esp only to install, because the paths to the underwear are copied.
