CMSController.cs is missing #100

Hi, The docs show a CMSController.cs for the Razor template but it appears to not be included.

Razor Pages doesn’t use controllers so it’s a bug in the documentation. It was meant for the “SetupController” to be included in the razor project in the docs.

Moving this to the docs repo!

The docs state you can delete the SetupController.cs in the Razor Template, but perhaps there should just not be a Controllers folder at all in the Razor Template?
