defunct only means that external activity is very low.

PPTR does not have much visible activity atm website down (only showing a mail-adress) Last FB update Oct 5th *Last time tweeted (that is not a RT) Oct 2nd

So would still argue that it's "defunct". Thanks for other adjustments though and hopefully PPTR gets more active
