Move front-end to it's own repo? #165

Would moving the front-end assets to their own repo be a valid thing to do? I'm not sure about the logistics of building, but it could be useful for others trying to create their own themes and such.

In terms of logistics, it is not much to do, but I tried that on LibraryBox. In the end, everybody was editing in the normal repository...
