FULL BALANCE OF PIRATE.BLACK LITE WALLET DISAPPEARS, REAPPEARS THEN DISAPPEARS #115

Support, Charles Swank here; a reoccurring problem persists in my lite wallet. In the screen shots above, it shows repeatedly the full balance and partial balance of ARRR tokens in my account and I have to re sync account because my account was dropped or to re sync account to get my full balance of tokens back. The full balance of tokens has remained the same since I bought them and never sold them or traded them. The full balance should be 1036.77350303 ARRR TOKENS. 59.79518098 ARRR TOKENS repeatedly keep missing, then for some reason, the 59 tokens come back then disappears again. Now, they are missing again. I keep getting error messages like the one I got below, today, 7/11/2023. I get other error messages as well. The latest error message below. There was an error connecting to zcashd. The error was:

59 tokens still missing, and, still, no resolve. Why has this issue been closed? The issue still persists. As long as this problem has been going on, I have not and will not buy anymore tokens. If I purchase more tokens, are they also going to go missing?
