Santiago port/town not having any textures #203

Hi Hammie, originally discovered by WOTBNub, I can confirm that Santiago port/town hasn't got any textures when you land there, as to be seen on the screenshot below: image

To solve that problem, you have to merge "Textures" directory with "Textures" directory from Build 14 Final, you can get them here for example: https://www.moddb.com/mods/new-horizons/downloads/build-14-beta-4-final
