Capture Colonies mod is not requiring to assign a leader for the Pirate Settlement near Sao Jorge #98

The Capture colonies mod was not requiring a leader to be assigned from the town from the officer pool when I took it over, however, I could assign one afterwards like normal and it seems to work just fine either way, refer to the save below and talk to the guy behind you and say you'll control the town. This location doesn't need a fort commander since there is no fort here, so that part is normal and you can't assign a fort commander which is normal for this location.

Okay, this seems to be just an issue with the Pirate Settlement near Sao Jorge as the other pirate settlements are now asking for governors, seems to be just this town it happens to

Note, this could be to ensure that the main Sea Hawk questline doesn't break if the town is conquered since the govenor of this town seems to remain the same even if I assign someone to the town. However, maybe we could see if there's a way we only have this specific check for the Sea Hawk Storyline saves and not for the others? If "Fixing" this proves to break the Sea Hawk Storyline, then we may end up leaving it as is, but I think there's a way this could be done possibly. This isn't a major issue though and can be put off if needed.
