When we zoom out even more, the Planet texture disappears, and planet becomes transparent (stars behind the planet are visible).

Near the poles, the volumetric clouds appear to be more choppy and pixelated (not sure if that's the correct term). FPS also drops
near the poles.

Thanks for the issue report. I'll put it on my list of things to fix. I plan to make some improvements to the clouds which should solve issues 2 and 3.
I guess these issues are already known issues, but posting them anyway if it's helpful!
