Rewrite in Rust and OCaml #127

Please rewrite the browser in Rust and OCaml, we all know OCaml is Terachad.

@xdevs23 Do you have any idea what that would entail? They only just added Rust support to Chromium, and it is only used for ~3% of the codebase. The majority of the rest of it is C++.

this guy CLEARLY doesnt know anything. Just put every source file through ChatGPT and tell it to rewrite it in Rust and OCaml
