Various Login/logout improvements #34

If I log out I am taken to this page. image

I would prefer it if it showed me a dialogue box that confirmed that I was logged out and either kept me on the page I was already on, or sent me to the Home page if the current page is not accessible to a non-logged on user.

I also prefer the smaller login dialogue to the screen above. image

Can we make it so this smaller dialogue is used everywhere?
