The library list in the editor and home page does not default to the HELMcore library #74

The library list is ordered alphabetically which means that if a library with a name earlier in the alphabet is saved, the HELMCorelibrary is no longer the default. It is important that the HELMCore library is the default library.

It is also important that the latest version of the library is presented first.

Fixed on home page, did not carry to editor page (will be fixed in a build today)

It is improving, the HELMCoreLibrary is now first, but the version ordering seems a bit random... image

ATest1 is in version 1-n order and Test2 is in version n-1 order. Can we get them all in n-1 order please?

So, now the version ordering is correct, but the core library is no longer the default.
