Namespaced enum variants broke everything #72

I liked the issue title @cybergeek94 used for PistonDevelopers/image#147 so I stole it. It still needs to be fixed and probably not only here.

This change has a cascading effect across several Piston libraries. Image was just the one I was using today. Conrod is broken horribly. I like the change but I can't help but feel it could have had an easier transition.

I'll open one issue in the Piston main repo. It'll make it easier to delegate from there.
