Main page layout #21

I've decided to make a layout for the main page. This is just a rough mock up, but you can already check how it works on my fork of redox.

Please critique and comment.

@Haggus Tested your fork, it looks good.

Also, like the theme, it gives a very experimental/explosive feeling. I like the illustration of mixing chemicals to get something new, which supports the message.

Great! I will work on it some more and create a pull request as soon as I'm happy with the layout.
