Crafting with the Philosopher's Stone crashes on Quilt #71

Even with no mods installed other than Item Alchemy, Architectury, and the QFAPI, crafting any recipes using the Philosopher's Stone crashes immediately. Switching to Fabric and the FAPI fixes the issue.
