addressed in https://github.com/Pitasi/univrs/commit/3db33cb39e9c8a058b48acee06df06990ab2cecb even though the scroll position is lost (i.e. in the middle of an article you click on <3, you get redirected back at the top of the article instead of where you were). I don't think it's possible to solve this without client side js
