taxonomy legend for stacked bar charts #6

Closed jennomics closed 10 years ago

Sorry if I'm just missing some documentation somewhere, but how do I include a taxonomy legend when I export the stacked bar charts?

hollybik commented 10 years ago

We had planned to include a taxonomy legend in the image when you hit export. I haven't tested the export feature much yet, but you say it's not working? Can you send a screenshot?

@shujianbu is this a bug, or have we just not implemented this feature yet?

shujianbu commented 10 years ago

We haven't implemented this feature yet. Right now, we only convert the main canvas to an image.

jennomics commented 10 years ago

Not having a legend makes this feature pretty much useless, though.

hollybik commented 10 years ago

We're actively working on adding this feature in right now Jenna - so stay tuned, will let you know when it's up and running :)

jennomics commented 10 years ago

OK, awesome, because I just spent 30 minutes "picking colors" in Powerpoint to make my own legend. ;)

A legend that mimics the existing legend is now included at the bottom of the SVG. We only include labels for the top 10 sequences at this time.
