Integration of Phinch into Fennec #75

Dear Holly,

as mentioned in #56 I was working on integrating Phinch into another software. This software is called Fennec (Functional Exploration of Natural Networks and Ecological Communities), see http://fennec.molecular.eco A modified version of Phinch is integrated to allow users to explore their communities. If you want to see it in action you can login with the demo account (username: demo password: demo) and navigate to the project page (click on the project ID to go to the details page). I hope you like this integration and the way I reference the original Phinch project (otherwise let me know). If you are interested in merging the modifications (particularly the ability to explore arbitrary observation metadata, see #61 ) once you continue active development I'd be happy to help. Hope your funding renewal has been approved.

Best regards, Markus
