Change visualization type #87

Hello,

I am very new to using phinch. I downloaded phinch v2.0 on Mac OS and the demo HDF5-metadata for trial. I wanted to change the visualization type from barograph to bubble chart or attribute column but the stacked barograph icon is not clickable.

Please, how do I change the chart from one type to another?

Hello, I am having the same issue, I am not able to change my graph type from bargraph to another type. Any help will be kindly appreciated.

I think you have to work on the website, not on the app.

I think my biom file is too large for the website... as it cannot be uploaded properly, but it is readable and uploaded in the app. The biom file is 92.7 MB, could this be the reason why I can't upload it on the website? Thanks!

I don’t think so. The size of the file shouldn’t be a hindrance. Website works better the app has limitations but user friendly. Else their website is not updated or the version you have is not compatible.

I know what the issue was... I had the biom file in hdf5 format, which is accepted in the app, while the website requires json format. Now I can generate the rest of the graphs! Thank you very much for your help!
