Upgrade MobSF #122

Current docker builds point to mobsf 3.4.6

https://hub.docker.com/r/opensecurity/mobile-security-framework-mobsf/tags

latest tagged version is v3.6.0

would recommend updating to it.

Just an update. I tried using the newer mobsf container it seems that breaks the integration. there seems to be some changes in api that they have. So might need more work then just a container update in code.
