I have had the same error happen with my rider40. It's noting critical it's just that sometimes there is one extra logpoint that is recorded but not included in the count. The only thing that happens is that you lose one single logpoint.

I may fix this later, but it has only happened once with my device and it doesn't make much difference if that single logpoint is included or not.
