Added powermeter support for bryton rider 40. #24

Added watts logpoint in _read_logpoints_format_4. Used for powermeter and heartrate sensors Added _read_logpoints_format_5. Used for powermeter and no heartrate sensors

Tested with bryton rider40 and power2max powermeter
