Document mapbox CSS settings #66

@MasonGobat Can you please add comments to the CSS file that documents what your new mapbox settings do? That will help users (including us!) extend the method you figured out to other projects that rely on mapbox.

@djbpitt I have created a branch (css-fixes) that includes some changes to the CSS so that it is easier to make changes to the mapbox, as well as comments about it.
