Support Account-specific settings

for #65 and #193 we need to store preferences not only globally, but with dedicated values per account. So we shall

• [ ] adjust the PreferenceRepository to support storing some preferences per account and not in the global SharedPreferences
• [ ] maybe we should add another preference xml file for those? (why? why not?)
• [ ] afterwards make download size account specific with #92
