Web login works, Android app does not login "Login Fail" and no entry in webserver logs

Describe the bug and how to reproduce Piwigo is working well in the web browser. I can simple enter the address of the server and connect:

Example: http://192.168.1.200:9000/

When the same address is entered into the server field in the Android NG app. The login times out:

Login Fail Connecting timed out [0ms]

if I:

tail -f /path/to/webserver/access.log 
tail -f /path/to/webserver/error.log 

I do not see the connection attempts, there are no errors recorded in the logs so the traffic is not hitting the server.

Expected behavior The user should be able to login using the Android app.

What did you do already

• Search whether a similar issue is already reported? Yes, searched for "Login fail"
• Check for known workarounds in the issue tracker? Yes
• Did you check with guest login? No
• Did you try to reproduce it with https://www.piwigo.org/demo/ ? Yes, but I don't know the account name and password

• Device: Tried on multiple devices
• OS: Android 10, Android 11
• Version: Piwigo NG 1.0.3 (from fdroid)

• Can you give the Site URL for the Piwigo Gallery that you tried to connect to?
• Which Piwigo extensions do you have installed? None
