Plugin is currently not compatible with bootstrap themes (bootstrap_darkroom, bootstrapdefault). BatchDownloader menu breaks the existing menu layout.

bootstrap_darkroom is compatible today, can you confirm @tkuther

It works fine in bootstrap darkroom. Needs jQuery to transform the menubar DOM syntax, though.

Support for template overrides would be great.
