Cannot input a new User Collection #272

Hello,

I just came accross the issue #226 which used to be fixed. But on my setup, it does not work. I followed the advice to use GThumbs+ as described in #76 , but it does not work either. Any idea?

My versions: Piwigo 2.10.2 Betriebssystem: Linux PHP: 7.3.19-1~deb10u1 (Info anzeigen) [2021-02-19 21:49:19] MySQL: 5.5.5-10.4.12-MariaDB-1:10.4.12+maria~bionic-log [2021-02-19 21:49:19] Grafikbibliothek: GD 2.2.5

Any help s appreciated.
