Captcha plugins not allowed #284

Hi, I have tried Bootstrap Darkroom for my piwigo instance. It's a modern and beautiful theme. But it seems to be incompatible with the captcha plugins:

Captcha doesn't appear on the page, so it use is impossible noCaptcha captcha-errors

Same issue here. I tested both captcha-plugins with latest version of piwigo 15.1.0

Just found the reason: Line 51 of register.tpl should be replaced in <label for="send_password_by_mail"> part _for="send_password_bymail" is missing now
