Fix php 8.2.x warning: Undefined array key "NB_IMAGES"

having no NB_IMAGES does not mean we don't want to display the link at all. I've made another fix https://github.com/Piwigo/piwigo-bootstrap-darkroom/commit/ec750d578ff9170fa5862ee227cf182fa47714c6
