Adding a Cookie-Opt-In-Screen before loading Google Maps #15

Hi there,

when you open the Google Map on a piwigo-gallery, Google sets a cookie.

Because of a new judgment in the EUR, it is mandatory to show a cookie-opt-in (before opening/loading a page). Is ist possible to include this function in the Plugin?
