Plugin configuration during update #3

Each time a new version of the plugin is installed, the tile server URL and the custom world map menu name are reset.

Most of the new version added new option, so the settings got reset. However it should not happen in the 0.6 version.

Could you please confirm the issue still happen or not? I believe it is because there is no difference between an upgrade or install or restore method. At least none than I know of.

If so the solution would be to merge the previous setting with the new one. Therefor settings should not be reset is they exist previously.

I did both an automatic update and a manual copy of the last files and no settings were reset.
