Add missing template for menubar_related_categories #3

Just made a copy from default theme and started to tune. Got help from https://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.1.2/docs/content/content-collapsible.html Tested on a bushy gallery

I did test your pull-request before adding the empty menubar_related_categories.tpl : I see the new menu, but I can't click on the related album (the one at the end of the tree)

@plegall, I previously did not test click on links, hopefully you did. Notice: I suspect this solution of introducing a HTML validation problem, indeed <a> elements are nested after jquerymobile layout. This is because <a> elements are added by jquerymobile to nest collapsable element headers, and this is nesting <a> elements which are in <h2> headers. This happens when a directory contains both pictures and sub-directories.

About translation, this was an attempt for 'sub-album' singular. I think now this has to be set in piwigo global localisation, where plural is already translated.
