PPI-456 Update Angular library docs #975

Updated docs for the Angular library to match the README in its repo:

setup with nonce (CSP)
info about using the data layer

This can be merged independently of any version - changes apply to current version 16.35 and older versions too, that's why I chose master as the base. There was also no 16.36 branch yet, but feel free to merge with the next release.

I tried to change the base branch to 16.36 (I noticed it was created). I hope I didn't break anything.
