Add Replicate demo and API #31

Hi @lawrence-cj ,

Great work on PixArt-sigma!

This pull request makes it possible to run PixArt-sigma on Replicate (https://replicate.com/cjwbw/PixArt-sigma) and via API (https://replicate.com/cjwbw/PixArt-sigma/api). Also we'd like to transfer the demo page to PixArt-alpha so you can make modifications easily, and happy to help maintain/integrate the upcoming changes and improving the demo :)
