Update tools.js : Unify progress computation for characters. #20
Merge progess for Stars / Gears / Relics to avoid incoherent progress (you move to 7* and your progress is lower), but also to take care of Gear during the star phase and introduce a distinct difficulty to each gear and relic level. Issue : #19
