How not permit user manual editing add new tags?

I added jQuery-tagEditor into my laravel 8/jquery 3.4 app and looking art examples at https://goodies.pixabay.com/jquery/tag-editor/demo.html I did not find if there is a way to select tags only from autocomplete listing, not permit user manual editing add new tags?

I have code:

I suppose property I need to disable is called “edit in place”, but how can I disable it ?
