Description of Issue

It would be good to have a document laying out the recommended style for .usda files, to encourage standardization, easy diffing, writing of formatters* for editors, etc.

It would include things like:

recommended line endings
indentation
braces placement

...etc. In general, this would just be a codification of what the official writer already does.

*Note that usdcat can already be used as a formatter.
