Add a conan recipe to build via conan #2262

It would be nice if you could create a conan recipe for building USD as it might be simpler to consume it downstream than going via build.sh.

It would be helpful either in this GitHub repository or failing that, in the conan centre index.

There are some advantages to conan, e.g. it can automatically create the cmake glue between the USD build and the consumer, etc.

The internal issue number is simply for tracking. If the status changes, or there are questions, they'd be published here. I'm not sure if anyone in the community has started working on a conan recipe, but the ASWF usd working group, or the AOUSD forums might be a good place to discuss it.
