Duplicate Documentation in usdShade Overview File #3426

I've noticed a duplication in the documentation:

The content at https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/blob/9b0c13b2efa6233c8a4a4af411833628c5435bde/pxr/usd/usdShade/overview.dox#L132-L133 appears identical to https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/blob/9b0c13b2efa6233c8a4a4af411833628c5435bde/pxr/usd/usdShade/overview.dox#L181-L182 . It seems likely that the second instance is unintended or incorrect.
