ruby-jss provides native ruby access to the REST APIs of Jamf Pro, an enterprise/education tool for managing Apple devices, from jamf.com. The Jamf module provides access to both APIs. Jamf Pro objects are implemented as classes and interact with each other. Added ability to change management account settings. Fixes #47 #56

This PR is around the feature requested in #47 Features Added:

Ability to add/change management account settings within the JSS::Policy object.
Ability to verify account password is a provided string.
- This only does SHA256 hashing, there is no passwords in plaintext unless management account password is changed.

Tweaks:

Added some missing actions in MGMT_ACCOUNT_ACTIONS
