Consider creating a custom PXScope to manage ids

• This scope should store references to PXStyleables using a weak reference
• At pre-determined points in time, all symbols in the scope should be scanned for nil values. Items that are nil should be removed from the scope
• If a symbol is being looked up and returns a nil value, then it should be removed from the scope and 'undefined' should be returned
