Add option for Toolbox: None #141

I tend only to use the popover tool menus and never use the toolbox on the left hand of the interface so the icon strip is simply a waste of space. This isn't so much of an issue on large format displays but becomes more of a problem when working on my laptop.

Can you provide an option of None in the Toolbox menu.
