Added Build_ID and _comment back
Only run if /data/adb/modules/playintegrityfix exists

Tested on RisingOS 2.0 A14 QPR1 vayu by replacing modified scripts to Husky-beta

Please merge and resolve the conflicts, Also make sure you don't write static code i want it to work in a huge variety of situation. Your generation of PIF is way too complex for what it is achieving, Update it so i can review.
