Lot of issues with this realease #1

I've installed this release into my Realme 3 Pro and lots of stock applications don't work and I can't revert back to old system. please let me know how to revert back to stock version as stuck as said with crashed system and recovery which I've tried to install another one but don't work. Please your urgent support. Thanks in advance.
