Nav logo glyph duplicated on back/forward #21

Additional instances of the nag logo glyph are generated when you go back/forward.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Navigate to at least two more pages from the home page
  3. Go back or forward in the web browser

Yep I saw this also today, It seems this is a turbolinks issue.
