NFC Can't Write Can Only Read

Expected Behavior

- NFC can update e-money balance (RFID)

- NFC can write Mifare card

note: in miui rom the nfc feature works fine

Current Behavior

i can't update balance to my rfid card with mobile banking app and can't write to mifare card with mifare classic tool app

Fix Write NFC

Steps to Reproduce

To top up the bank's RFID balance, as follows:
1. Download the banking app/application to top up your balance
2. Fill in the balance to the RFID card and,
3. Update the balance from the smartphone

To write Mifare card as follows:
1. Download the Mifare Classic Tool app
2. Prepare a Mifare card that can be written using the NFC Smartphone
3. Do Write card to Mifare card
